Some Wildberries customers have reportedly received burned sex toys after the marketplace shipped items damaged in a warehouse fire instead of replacing them.
The damage follows a series of Ukrainian drone strikes on Wildberries logistics centers, which caused major warehouse fires and destroyed large amounts of merchandise.
Photos circulating online show scorched products that appear to have survived the fire before being packaged and delivered.
