A Moscow woman dreamed she won 42 million rubles — then woke up and won 24 million rubles ($295,000) in the lottery the next day.

Decorator Lilia Medvedeva was waiting for coffee at a Moscow shopping mall when she and a friend bought several instant lottery tickets nearby.

After a couple of tiny wins, she used 200 rubles to buy another ticket, randomly picked one from the middle of the stack — and discovered she’d won 24 million rubles.

The strange part: the night before, Lilia says she dreamed she had won 42 million rubles. Reality apparently got the numbers backwards.
